How do you get it wrong EVERYDAY?

I order food daily, my colleagues know that Pedro's is my favorite. This whole week, they got my order wrong repeatedly. On top of that, today's meal wasn't fresh. I ask for Sprinkle, no basting. It's basted EVERT TIME. Can the staff at kine centre not read? On the 16th of April, my order was swooped. I had lemon and herb instead of extra hot when I ordered the paella. I even took pictures and sent to my husband to show how ridiculous it is, I Hate rosemary, so I NEVER order lemon and herb. Today was the last straw. I'll order from lunch from Honcho's everyday, since I order food literally daily.
