HORRIFYING SERVICE BAD EXPERIENCE

TRADE ROUTE MALL LENASIA. On 27 March 2022 Sunday. I went on to the pedro's App restaurant was showing offline. i called in to place my order on the phone at 1:13. i was told food will be ready in 20 minutes. when i arrived at the store food was ready yet they made me stand in a queue to pay ( what is the use of phone order if i still have to stand in a queue to pay ) while my food is getting cold there, after i made a payment i was asking for assistance from workers to give me food. male worker is standing there doing nothing. he said other ladies will help me with food. and other ladies staff member is busy filling the fridge with chips instead of giving food out which is ready for collection and getting cold. really?! is this how we customers get treated? I ask to speak to the manager, 12mins later no1 comes. i hope the owner is aware of the bad service customers are receiving. O and they always out of BURGER ROLLS. I have read reviews of this place still ignoring all the reviews i have decided to support them only to realize all the reviews were correct. Horrible service ! Never going back there again!
