Horrifying experience with Pedro's Cresta crossing staff

Pedro's Cresta Crossing has the most horrible staff in the history of fast food places. Their Supervisor Clive is worse, I placed an order last week for R760 and they did not give me a R45 quarter meal and chips, I gave them a call and told them about this and they told me the meal was there.. I asked them why would I waste my time calling if the food was there and asked to speak to the manager, when the lady handed him the phone, I heard him saying "she's crazy, I checked the meal myself, everything was there".. It was a horrible back and forth.. I demanded they bring my phone to me which took a lot of rude comments from them to actually bring my food.. Today I placed an order again online for collection, when I went to pick it up, they did not do it, again sick remarks were thrown around in the shop.. Something needs to be done with that staff.. They are rude and they think they own Pedros
