Horrific Service

So yesterday I decided to order a meal from Pedros. I called the number and placed my order. It was around 6pm. I was told by the lady that my food will be delivered between 45 to 60 mins. I was fine with that. I was a little concerned when my food didnt arrive after about an hour. So I then called in at the store only to be greeted by a very rude lady. She felt that she was doing me a favour by taking my call. Absolutely no respect and very rude. I then asked for the manager. Couldnt get her name because there was so much of noise in the background. They then told me that my order was already taken for delivery. I was then told that they were very busy and that the delivery will take around 1 and a half hours. So basically it became my problem because they were very busy. If you guys know that it will be busy, make prior arrangements to accommodate your customers. Dont make it the customers fault as to why deliveries are late. So now it is 8pm and I still havent received my food. I called again and again was spoken to very rudely when I asked for the manager. I then had a chat to guy name Ravi. Also not very pleasant. All he could say was sorry and he didnt know why I havent received my food. So while talking to him, my food arrives. Over 2 hours wait. I told the manager that he can keep the food as my wife and child ordered another meal because they were very hungry. It take 2 hours to order a meal from Pedros. Had i known this, I would have never ordered from them in the first place. Their attitude and behaviour towards customers is appauling. I would never recommend this branch to any of my friends and family. I would rather support the food outlets that really appreciate our small support
