Horrible service at Pedros Overport

I am really disappointed with the Pedro's Overport store. On the website it says store opens up at 10am. I get there at 10:20am and they closed. Apparently they received a big order and cannot open till they complete that order. I asked to speak to management but he sends out a staff member and she says sorry we cant serve u till we finish our order and she is not sure what time they will open. Could he 11 or after 11 but cannot take my order. So i demanded i speak to the manager and thats the same story he gives me. So i explained to him that i am on my lunch break and i worked around the time they open to get my order. So i asked can u deliver my order since u have inconvenienced me now. He says no we cant do that. So is this the kind of service we have to expect from Pedros? I purchase at least once a week. I had to drive back to work with no food. This is pathetic service and the management did not care that they did this to a customer. I told him i will not support Pedro's anymore if this is the kind of service they provide. Clearly small customers dont matter. I have recorded videos with the staff and manager refusing me service at their branch. Pedros has just lost a loyal customer.
