Horrible service and incompetence

Above is the disrespect I was sent from Pedros Management after they served us a bird instead of a full-sized chicken telling me I must pay the same price but they don't control the quality and quantity of their product this proved the level of incompetence of their stuff and disrespect they have for customers.
