Horrible service

Pedros chicken in Blood mall Pretoria is such a joke of a restaurant. You wait for almost 20 minutes to buy without a que. The two tellers which are standing there, the other one was counting money, the other one was just doing up and down. I was the first one in the que but I waited for 20minutes. Mind you they don't say anything if their tills have a problem or if the system has a problem. After all that waiting I got served by a guy named Amukelani. That guy gets orders wrong on purpose. You ask for mild he gives you hot, you ask for extra chips he doesn't put extra chips. I looked like a fool when fetching my order I told the lady that extra chips are not in my order bag, when she checked my slip there was no extra chips, turns out Amukelani didn't add extra chips. While I was waiting for my order, people were going to the till with their slips to tell them that this is not what they ordered. They were told to speak to Amukelani because they bought from him and that they swap whatever they bought with what they actually want. One lady who works there was so annoyed by the mistakes that were done by the teller Amukelani. Amukelani must move from the till and myb fry some chicken because he doesn't know what his doing.
