Horrible service

We have an issue with the Randburg Pedros store as we made an order for R756.60 online and went there to collect only to get there and the order packer insisted we had not ordered chips at first before we told them to check the slip again. We get to the office to find that the Fully loaded wrap was not packed in the order as well as the Peri Mayo sauce bottle. The order was made by Ondwela and collected by her. We had to call them and get the wrap delivered and the sauce still not included. I am writing this in distress becuase I surely know that if the money was incomplete the order would not be processed but yet we had to deal with such today. We further called to speak to Caroline the store manager, she told us that she would have to look at the footage of when they were packing the order. She said she would get back to us but instead when we called back the call was answered and put aside then again we were told that they were calling her only to be hung up on. We called again but the call was not answered. The audacity of the employees is way beyond.
