Horrible service

Jabulani Mall your service is ****. I waited for an online order for 3 hours and ended up having to drive to the store to collect it. My food was cold as it had been sitting for so long..Your staff has the audacity to tell me that head office did not send a driver to collect whereas head office called me to say that the store cannot locate my money but they took my money. I want my money refunded I’m not paying this ****ty service and cold food
