Horrible service!!!!!!!

Pedros Jewel City gives horrible service. I ordered food, it took more than an to arrive, when I eventually I received it,food items were missing. I was missing 2 portions of chips and quarter chicken. Not even saviettes were packed. The so called Manager Judith didn't make sense to me. She wanted me to come and collect the missing food items, mind I have paid for delivery already!!! She didn't even make means to deliver my food, but wanted me to come by myself to collect. She took my number and promised to call me back. I am really not happy with her. I am expecting feedback or my money back!!!
