Horrible service

Went on the Pedros app to order for delivery. I attempted to call the driver 8 times to no avail. Eventually I do see him and he says I am timed out he is returning my food to the restaurant. I called the store and spoke to someone who **** and said they are the store manager. The person told me I would need to fetch the order in store and when I asked about my time and safety as it is late and raining he didn't care. I then requested to speak to someone higher than him. The person still didn't give me a solution. An entire supervisor telling me I need to report on the app that I didn't receive my order and re order it. Mind you I have to sleep because I am working a later shift. The worst service ever. I can not believe I was always recommending this store but after today! Wow! Eventually after 30 minutes of standing and waiting. The store manager came to deliver it. The part of me STANDING AND CALLING TO GET ASSISTANCE AND BEING TOLD I NEED TO FETCH IT WHEN I PAID A DELIVERY FEE. Wooow
