Horrible Pedros service

I waited 2hours for my order and when I called to follow up the guy the picked up the phone was soo rude.

I further waited. I ordered a mild flavour with a drink.

After the long wait did they not send a BBQ flavour with no drink??

I wrote them an email they called during work hours and I asked them to call me at 13:00 during my lunch. They proceeded to call 30 minutes later and it wasn't even 12 or the 13:00 I asked for.

I never got refunded for the drink they didn't add to the wrong order.

Service at Pedros n1 city is pathetic.

I waited for days thinking someone would be in touch but nope.

They have moved on and do not care about their customers.
