HORRIBLE, PATHETHIC SERVICE

The most horrible service ever and ******* at the same time. I ordered via Mr D at pedro chicken in Alexandra (Wynbery) Johannesburg. not noticing its only for collection i placed the order and money was deducted from my account. Called Mr D and told them i made a mistake if they can please cancel my order or if it has been prepared, if they can arrange collection to ,y work place because im far from them, they refused and said they have prepared the order already and will have to pay. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH IN MY LIFE. its not i have eaten the food or something, dont i have a right to cancel? PEDRO CHICKEN IS THE WORST CHICKEN PLACE EVER AND THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO BUY THEIR FOOD EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT TO. THE WAY THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND ME SHOWS VERY WELL THAT THEY ARENT MAKING MONEY AND LOOKS LIKE THEY NEED IT. ****** *******.
