Horrible jalapeño cheesy fries! Pedros 347-351 West street/Dr pixley kaSeme street

I ordered Jalapeño cheesy chips with chicken strips plus garlic roll and I was super disappointed with the quality of food I received today coz I normally get fresh food from them thats why they are my first preference when I need something to eat during my lunch hours, I am not too sure if I was severed old burnt chips and 3 burnt chicken strips but they tasted horrible and ended up throwing away half of my food, if i could attach the photo of the fries i didn't throw away here I would! They were so hard I kept spitting out most of them!
