Horrible experience

I ordered a full chicken viva meal from pedros which comes with a large chips and was told that delivery takes 45min to an hour, I paid for double extra basting sauce however they took 3 hours to deliver the meal when it arrived it was extremely dry and cols it didn't even have sauce sachets and there's wasn't any chips in it really spoiled my appetite and both my kids had already been pit to bed horrible experience don't order from here if you come home hungry from work look for fast food for the family.
