Horrible customers service

Poor experience, call and collect. I phoned to place my order which was not taken down correctly. I get to the store my order is wrong ,I'm missing chips, a lady said that it was not ordered so i offer to pay the balance to get my chips. The manager comes out and is not at all helpful. He would not even look at me and woulf rather play on his phone. He did not once apologize for the trouble or the inconvenience. **** poor performance.
