Horrible customer service
Pedros in Cape Road Gqeberha has the worst service. And yesterday was the last straw. On 2 different occasions that I've went there with my family, they mixed up our orders and gave us wrong items. On another occasion, we ordered and paid and when it was time to collect they informed us that they don't have burger buns, imagine the inconvenience. Yesterday was the nail in the coffin for me, we waited from 20:00PM until 21:30PM just for us to be attended to. Their service is horrible and their staff is super slow. Whoever owns the franchise really needs to train their staff members to be more efficient. Not to mention their horrible drive-through. Do better Pedros Cape Road.
