Horrible customer service agent

I visited your store in Claremont and bought my food, order number 120 on the 15th of October around 20:40. everything was fine and the food was good as always. The only problem was one lady at the counter giving out orders, i don't know her name so I will describe her. she is short, skinny and coloured. she has a loud voice. she got into a commotion with a customer, a customer who complained about her order taking long. she said these words to the customer: "dont try to ruin my night" "im not scared of you" "i will turn back and fight you" "you must learn manners" "you must learn respect who do you think you are" "someone make this woman's order and let her get out of here" "im trying to help you here, who help you who helped you?" she also looked like she wanted to be violent This was very very annoying to all customers inside the store, and extremely unprofessional. A person like this MUST not work with customers and must be removed immediately, as she is capable of messing with people's orders in that case. This is not the first time I see her being unprofessional but today was the icing on the cake. I urge you to look at the footage between 20:30 and 21:00 because it will show you exactly what happened
