Horrible Customer Service

Placed an order online upon collection they advised that they know nothing about my order and it was not ready I then asked the cashier Sakhile about the convenience of ordering online because it clearly defeats the purpose if I now have to wait in the que he then went to the kitchen took one of the orders that was on the counter and ready warmed the meat in the griller poured the sauce directly from that big bottle of BBQ I was watching him as he prepares my chicken as if his doing a favor because as you can see on the picture the packet had sauce even if he was going to put another packet but it was already messy the chicken was swimming I the sauce.No apologies or anything if I did not stand my ground I was going to wait for an order that they said it ddnt come through.Horrible Service and to think my family enjoys their chicken so much I was so disappointed at the service.I mean I paid for that order they not doing any favors.
