Horrible Customer Service!!

Did an online order yesterday and when I got to the store to pay and collect at Smith street, Durban. Got to the counter and the lady who was going to take the payment ( 3384 Amanda) decided to just turn her back and stare at her colleagues. Stood there for a hot minute and when I finally payed, I asked to pass the order because it was closer to her and she was like “you need to go wait that side for someone else to help” whereas the order was right in next to her. Horrible customer service!!
