HORRIBLE ARROGANT WORKERS!!

15:35 I ordered food (paella rice with 2 piece chicken, burger and Pedros Pops Meal) 16:30 still no delivery I called and they said the driver is coming 16:46 the driver came the address was at work. Package was sealed, I went home dropped it off and went to pick up my son, we passed by the shops and we arrived home just after 6pm and because there was scheduled loadshedding I unpacked the sealed package only to find the pedros pops meal is missing and that's my son's food. I called them countless times because the phone was not going through. A lady finally answered I explained the situation and I was told the driver will come I told her the address won't be the same I'll be down the road behind Southdale Mall she said the driver will come. To my surprise the driver went to the work address. I called again and I was told the driver will come the driver never pitched. I called again only to be told they are closing and they can deliver tomorrow imagine that. What will my son eat now,Ormonde Pedros is the pits. The manager or whoever that guy was, was very arrogant. Absolute horrible service. I want my refund. The food is horrible anyway. Do better have training for customer service.
