Hope you guys can better your customer service

Pedro's Durban CBD have absolutely no system going on At All....I usually order takeaway but yesterday decided to have a sit down meal firstly the restaurant was filled to capacity and could not find a table for my husband and I when my husband asked the waitress for assistance with locating a table she responded with irritation and said that we must go and sit with other families at their tables where there's s space she refused to help

Secondly the food was delivered 45min after ordering my husband and I had to eat out of the serving plate because they did not give us plates to eat out of My drink came 10min after the meal with our plates and this was only after my husband approached the management of the store expressing his disgust of the service we were receiving

While eating our dainty whole chicken that we ordered we noticed that there was a chicken wing that was missing Yep there was only one wing to a whole chicken meal

Overall experience at this place was extremely disappointing the management of the store did apologise when we were leaving and a waiter who was extremely friendly also spoke to us and apologized for the service The waitresses seem moody and overwhelmed

Chicken is Delish but we've learnt our lesson Never Going Back There
