Half cooked chicken

I bought chicken from Pedros Isipingo on the 22nd April. It was delivered late and it was literally raw. I took pictures and sent it to their head office. 4days later i was called by a gentleman who said if i really bought from his store, I must send him proof. Which i did, i sent him my bank statement which clearly outlined the payment for the chicken. After that I never received any communication from the store or from their head office.

For someone who works in the retail space, particularly in customer service i felt disrespected and violated because none of them took me seriously. It was as if everything i Said was falling on deaf ears.
