Hair in my food - email sent - no response to date.

Hope you are well.

On the 10/11/2023(Friday) at approximately 19:00pm my friend and I went to your store at Phoenix plaza to have a meal.

There was hair in my food. I told the waitress and she agreed. I explained to her that I do not have hair and it did not come from me.

She called Siphiwo the manager and I asked him to reimburse me. He was extremely unprofessional and said that he can't because I almost finished my meal.

I thereafter said let me see my meal with the hair cause I wanted to take a picture. I was following him to the kitchen and he said I'm not allowed. I stopped and understood. He thereafter called the security to take me out the store? Is that the way you train your manager to handle a problem? I was standing there without assistance. He didn't see to me thereafter.

Please communicate with your staff at Phoenix plaza and revert to me. I'm expecting to be reimbursed from you guys!
