Had A 2nd Worse customer service experience with them again even after hxkb

I had a coplaint about an incident with Pedros Braamfontein about 2 days ago and provided a review regarding the incident.. Got a call from a manager from pedeos who was willing to compensate for my meal and request me to go back to the store to get my reimbur*****t.. I went to the store to do so and got a different manager who stated I will not be compensated with the manager who contacted me said i will get.. Manager was very rude about the situation and told me they will not assist as the manger who contacted me did not provide them with any in formation about my issue even after i provided them with the ticket number and email ive been getting from pedros regarding my reimbur*****t... The manger and myself got into a disagreement and ended up leaving the store without my reimbersment and assistance.
