great service - Pedros Phoenix Plaza

Placed an order through the app and arrived at the store expecting the order to be ready for collection. this was not so as the was a glitch in the system and the order was not ready. The manager quickly sprang into action, apologized and went to the kitchen himself and prepared the order within 10 min. i was upset at first, but the way the manager handled the situation managed to calm me down and allow him the time to give my order priority attention. thank you to the Manager at Pedros Phoenix Plaza, you have great customer skills.
