Grassy Park Pedro's online and calling orders SUCKS!!!

This complain goes only to the Pedro's in (Cape Town Grassy park). I've tried 3 times to use there online system to order and also called, the system only allows 5mins then it hangs up on you. I had to go all the way to the Pedro's in Plumstead they where very helpful quick response. I love the food and the service is okay but the service is pathetic at Grassy park branch sort yourself out please. It seems that Grassy Park branch makes enough money on people who are there so they do not care about online orders.
