Goodwood Unpleasant Pedro “mix-up”???? Really

We went to Goodwood Pedros and was assisted by the Trainee on the 01/08/2025 at 11.59. We initially wanted to takeaway but decided to sit down, the trainee gave us our table number and we proceeded to the table. Upon waiting for 30 minutes no plates were brought out to our table, or even serviettes, they called our number out which was weird because normally they bring the food to the table. We were quite upset about that as we wanted to sit down and eat. We went to go and speak to someone that came to us and tell us that the trainee made it a takeaway and did not inform the kitchen staff or even us for that matter but we were provided with a table number. It was a really really unpleasant experience and it was not cool for one of the staff to lie to us to try and cover for the trainee. We don’t know what you are training your staff but they should really try to be more honest as they are working with money.
