Frustrated

I had ordered food at pedros protea gardens in soweto on their app and paid it online. When I got to the store only to find that I had forgotten my phone where I was. I was so disappointed that I cannot receive my food as I don't have my phone with me, however I showed them the card I used to make payment with they still refused. I had to drive 30kms away from and to the store just to get my phone. This so frustrating.
