Frustrated customer, Pathetic service
I ordered a meal today at 12-25 the order was placed it 2 hours NO ORDER. Called the call center who transferred me to phoenix plaza Pedro spoke to the manager a male who was rude and hung up. That's very unprofessional. Eventually spoke to Queen at the call center who sent a message out. But my issue is each one of them blamed each other.and then eventually blamed the weather. What kind of service are you guys rendering Eventually the food came cold and with there being a power cut we at cold food. Pathetic service 😡 Pedro higher management I'm very disappointed 2 hours for a meal. You guys deserve a 0 star rating

16 Sept 2025, 11:51Pedro's what was the outcome of your investigation who was at fault and what have you done so this would not happen again. The last person to call me was a male saying he will report this to higher management and I asked him to get back to me with how this was going to be solved but once again he failed to get back to me.
