From 5 stars to 1 Star

I rated Pedros in Norwod a 5 out of 5 before and have ordered nearly every week from them. Tonight I ordered again DFD*** and waited 2 hours and still no delivery. The manager could not find my order then promised to call back and never did. Then told me 2 hours later there are no drivers so I can come and collect. Why would I order from MrD if I wanted to collect. I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this. and the pathetic excuses from the manager.
