Found a nail in my food

I'm so disappointed with Pedro's I ordered a meal for takeaway from Pedro's Hillcrest and I found nails in my cheesy chicken fries needless to say I could not continue eating it I even emailed their customer care still no response I've always been a very loyal customer of Pedro's I love thier food and many times let things slide like my order being done wrong or missing items but this was unreal
