Found a nail in my food

I bought a chicken at Pedro's pan mall when I was eating then I felt something funny in my mouth I thought it was a bone but when I took it out I discovered that it was a nail then I escalated the matter to their customer service complain department. They called me day before yesterday they asked me to bring back the object that I found then, when I got there the lady who was assisting me said it's not a nail maybe it's a spice or a wood or plastic then I was like so is it ok for me to consume that if you say it is so that's was it their service is bad.
