Forgotten order because crew wanted to close early

I am extremely disappointed in the Pedros chicken Mall of Tembisa. I placed my order at 7:30 and went outside to check others stores. 15 to 20 minutes later i went back to collect my order and the servers whispered among themselves that my order was forgotten. I had to even ask what was happening and they said unapologetically that my order was forgotten. The guys at the back were already cleaning the stoves while they "prepaired my order". I just saw them mixing the sources and thought all is well. I got home and was met with an ungrilled cooked chicken swimming in sources. It was disgusting and unfortunately could not return it as the store was closed. I could have appreciated my money back instead of the nonsense they gave me.
