Food given to someone else

Is there a zero rating instead?

Dear Readers,

I hope that there are many more people to actually voice and vent their experiences.

At 18H52 I called to place a order, which consisted of 1/4 chicken and chips with 2 garlic rolls, extra mild basting. The consultant placed the ordered and confirmed. All went smoothly till I arrived at the store.

Get to the cashier and she is looking for my order like there was millions if customers until she called her colleague. He checked and asked what my name is and order, I then proceeded and gave the information, the cashier then continued checking for my name but stumbled across someone else and confirmed things. Anyway moral of the story they gave my food to someone else and they knew about it cause the other person said that the order is wrong but still continued to take the food according to what they said.

Anyway if I was to continue I would bore you, which I don't want to.

Fast forward to the manager part, she then came forward and I began to place my order but before doing that I expressed my thoughts on everything.

I told her I want what I ordered however I'm not going to pay for the extra garlic roll and extra basting, She then said she couldn't. I asked to her to call someone that will authorize it and explain what happened. She advised she will call and find out.

Few minutes went by and nothing transpired she then returned and said he said I must pay for everything, however taking into account all that had transpired and the manager knowing about it all she was still not prepared to give it as complimentary. I was willing to pay for the chicken meal but not the roll and extra sauce which would have been R14.00. Its actually laughable.

Anyway my story is done and I walked out of the store without my Food which I ordered and they gave away to someone else.

I actually enjoyed my Burger King! :-)
