False Advertising
It is sad when the Owner / Manager refuses to assist you with a special that is advertised by Pedro. I received a flyer advertising a deal and when I got to a Pedros to take up that deal only to be told that I can not have it. No way on the flayer did it say any restrictions. I would call this false advertising.
