Eyethu Pedro's bad customer service

Hi NthabisengM....i just went to Pedro's in Eyethu shopping center shop:20 lord I've never experienced such treatment combined with attitude in it....firstly the staff members are playing around with the security by the counter area where they put our food and busy with them I mean hygiene guys....secondly i grabbed the take away I bought and the paper bag just ripped apart and the fries where on the floor and I have the pictures of it all, they did not say anything to me I had to pick up my wraps on the floor without that lady "Lufuno Sibas" who served me she went to the back took her time and only to serve me those left over type of chips that you can't even eat with bread cause they are so hard....the manager is out playing around as well not worried or asking if everything is OK they are so unprofessional especially when jobs are being created for our brothers and sisters and they treat people like dirt I didn't not even enjoy my food it was the worst the chips and the wrap especially when I always eat Pedros but at that mall it was so bad and would never recommend people to go there... Thank You
