Extremely poor customer service.

I am really disgusted with the service I recieved from Pedro's chicken at Chatsworth.Placed an online order at 17:30 arrive at store and pay for order 2 hours later I'm told they can't find my order.So disappointed with the service.As for management they have no customer service ethics .
