EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

i am extremely dissapointed in the Pedros in Malvern. My Family and i have been going there for a while now and on Sunday we had an awful experience my hubby had ordered a full chicken and was eating the quarter piece and there was feathers and hair on the wing DISGUSTED we called the waiter and manager and was told that they can replace it with a salad ridiculous the amn is eating the chicken and stopped because of this and they want to replace this with a salad. mind you when we placed our order we were told that they have no salad as the Lettuce was not good and then they want to replace his meal with a salad. Malvern Pedros catch a wake up no one is doing us any favours we pay for our meals to be satisfied if anyone of your staff can eat a chicken with feathers and hair please let me know cos i am appoled with the behaviour no apology nothing.
