Extremely Disappointing Service – Pedro’s Masingita Mall

I am very disgusted and highly disappointed with the service I received at Pedro’s Masingita Mall. I placed my order well in advance and was issued order number 356, only to arrive for collection and be told that the chicken was finished. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time.

What made the situation worse was the total lack of remorse and professionalism from the staff. No apology was offered, no explanation was given, and no effort was made to find a solution or alternative. I was simply told that the chicken was finished, as if my time and money meant nothing.

There was no sense of accountability, customer care, or respect shown during the interaction. The staff appeared indifferent and uninterested in resolving the issue, which reflects very poorly on the establishment. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism.

This experience shows a serious lack of respect for patrons and poor management of orders and stock. I will seriously reconsider supporting this branch again and would not recommend it to anyone who values reliable service and customer care.
