Specifically, I would like to commend the Xhosa lady with a doek who serves at this branch. Her preparation of the Chicken Paella is outstanding, with perfectly cooked rice that sets it apart from other Pedros locations I've visited. Her professionalism and attentiveness to detail are truly commendable, she did not even question me when I told her I want BBQ sauce.

I believe that her exceptional skills and customer-centric approach would be a valuable asset to your team, and I would like to respectfully suggest promoting her to a trainer position.
