Excellent Service
Appreciation for Excellent Service – 17 August 2026,
I would like to thank Gugu for the outstanding service I received at Pedros, Wonder Park Mall in Pretoria on 17 August 2026. As I was leaving the store my bag broke and my food fell. Gugu immediately came to assist, provided a new bag, and helped me pick everything up.
Her quick response and care were greatly appreciated. Thank you for having such a dedicated team member.
