M so impressed about the service from Pedro Springs mall there is a guy called Siviwe at Springs mall he is one of those who issued orders. He serves with a smile even if there is a delay he will talk to cashier telling them to inform customers if the is al Delay .the torn he uses is so friendly. When he inform customers he speaks isiXhosa but you love the approach.
