I had a terrible experience at pedros Brookside in pietermaritzburg, the service was bad so was the area manager imran, who does not follow up on your complain or gets back to you. I had to wait for over 45 minutes for my order although i placed it over the phone, plus my meals was cold while my visitors waiting at home
