Dry chicken, slap dash food

Description: Received a day tasteless meal. We had power outage for two days and decided to buy a meal. When we got home to our dark home we opened a package of dry meat with a faint sauce. Had to ask for CONDIMENTS as is always at Chatsworth store. Looks like the grilled threw it in the bag after the first brush into the fire/grill.Order No. 191. Then they phoned to tell me they are sorry, I asked how does Pedros ensure TCF to which Hlengiwe advised she will speak to the staff. Not sure if it's because I'm not the right type of person that deserves service from Chatsworth Pedro's or is it a norm that customers are not important once they have paid. I spend 20mins to reach this store and around R100 fuel for me to get a sour and unprofessional telephone call from a Hlengiwe that can't treat customers to save her life is just appalling.
