Do not offer a delivery option if you can't deliver

I order and paid for food but never received it. It showed delivered on the Pedros chicken app and on calling the store they couldn't even locate the driver or call the driver. I have to wait 3 days for my refund. What a joke! Please don't fall victim to such **** service .
