Dissatisfied with services

I was so disappointed today at pedros dobsonville. I always received best services from them bt today was de worst service ever. I ordered Pedro meal and & 2 chicken wraps and I ask dem for lemon and herb which on the slip was also showing like that however when I left the store only to find out that chicken wraps was mild instead of lemon n herb. I went back I ask them to change them bt the guy who was serving said he spoken to the person who prepared meal and they said it was a mistake in stickers bt menu is right. I left de store and only to find out that it was mild and my little one could not eat as it had chillies and they only gave me 1 ketchup for 2 large chips that I bought. I was so disappointed
