Dissatisfied with customer service of one employee.

Oh I love Pedros and the food is amazing however, I was dissatisfied with a worker named Thabiso in Burgesfort who lost patience in giving me simple directions to the toilet. I really do not understand how a worker in a restaurant doesn’t have common customer services. How did we as human beings become so affected by life that we fail to put whatever we’re going through to just provide simple directions to a restroom.
