Disobedient and disrespectful Pedro's

Customer service is poor, our orders got mixed up we asked for 2 rice and strips hot and extra hot but instead got a chips and strip hot and mild we reported to a waiter but he still brought mild rice and strips an only we waited a long time for our order totally disrespectful and disobedient (Chatsworth Pedro's Flame Grilled chicken)
