Disgusting Service!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Utterly disgusted. I have been patient with the Atlantis branch for a very long time. Im used to waiting for 2 hours for food but to completely being a no show after 3 hours without an apology. I placed an order at 17:10 after 1h30 i called the branch they advise me the order is out for delivery already. After 20 minutes i called again and geuss what dont worry mam we have a few orders give it some time. Another 15 minutes i called back and they just provided me the drivers contact number. As for the *********** driver🤬🤬keep on saying im in the road till someone else answered and advised the order is with the other driver and this went on for an hour were i had to call back and forth. Eventually after another 4 calls he answered laughing in my ears saying im now there.

Pedros you honestly need to have a look at the delivery service at this branch. Atlantis PEDROS the worse pedros ever!!!!
